I can identify at least 4 pictures:

Number 4 is Hawkman & Hawkgirl from the Super Friends cartoon that ran during 1973-86.

Number 8 is Stringfellow Hawke from Airwolf.

Number 10 is Avery Brooks as Hawk from Spenser: For Hire.

And number 12 comes from the Street Hawk TV show.
